  • Health coaches are credentialed members of the healthcare industry who serve as behavior change agents. They partner with clients in the behavior change process to empower, support, and guide individuals looking to enhance their well-being through self-directed lasting changes that align with their values.

  • Individual sessions are typically held every other week to allow time between sessions for you to make meaningful change, unless other arrangements have been made ahead of time.

    Group sessions are typically conducted on a weekly basis.

  • Sessions are conducted virtually by phone or video interface at the member’s discretion.

    In-person sessions are available by request and held in community spaces or the client’s home within the local Traverse City, MI region.

  • The cost is dependent on the frequency and duration of the coach-client relationship or package purchased. For more information, please contact me for a free consultation.

  • While I don’t bill insurance, you may be able to use your FSA or HSA account to cover our sessions.

  • We will communicate through my secure, HIPAA-protected platform. Rest assured, I will always maintain your confidentiality.
