so much so that I went through a period where I hardly recognized my own body.

Sarah is an excellent coach. She knows my physical health and limitations. I can sense that she cares and tries to keep me with a positive attitude. When I am down physically and mentally, it helps to have her giving an encouraging experience when I talk with her. Definitely better actually hearing her voice instead of a texting situation. She knows how to push the right buttons and never be discouraging, but keeps positivity in her voice and what she says helps.
